Each course has a student list showing everyone who's been invited or has enrolled. Open it from the Invite button → Students tab.
Enrollment states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| invited | You sent an invite. The student hasn't created an account yet. |
| pending_accept | The student has an account but hasn't accepted the invite. |
| active | The student has access to the course. |
| revoked | Access was removed. The student no longer counts toward billing. |
Common actions
- Resend invite — for students stuck in invited or pending_accept.
- Revoke access — immediately blocks the student from viewing the course.
- Restore access — re-enable a revoked student without sending a new invite.
Tip:Revoking a student blocks their access immediately. Revoking by itself doesn't refund the per-student fee you already paid when they enrolled — use Refundon the enrollment if you also want to reverse the charge on this month's invoice.
