learnfrom uses tiered, per-student pricing. You pay a one-time fee the moment a student enrolls in one of your courses — never again for that same enrollment. The more students you've enrolled in total, the lower your per-student rate becomes.
How a billing cycle works
- Every time a new student enrolls in one of your courses, learnfrom records a charge at your current per-student rate.
- At the end of each month, all of that period's new-enrollment charges are totalled into a single invoice.
- The total is charged to your payment method.
- You can see a breakdown of charges in
Account→Billing.
One charge per student, per course
Each (student, course) pair is billed exactly once — at the moment the student enrolls. Students who stay enrolled for months or years are never re-billed. If you revoke a student or refund their enrollment within the same billing period, the charge is reversed on that month's invoice.
What doesn't count
Free enrollments (e.g. courses you've marked as free, or students you've invited without a paywall) don't generate a charge. Re-enrolling the same student in the same course doesn't double-bill you.
