How to request deletion
- Go to the contact page.
- Send a message with the subject Account deletion request and the email address on the account.
- We'll confirm and process the deletion.
Before you delete
- If you have published Paywall courses, consider issuing refunds first (see Refunds).
- Notify enrolled students that the course is going away.
- Download or export anything you want to keep — content is removed when the account is deleted.
Heads up:Account deletion is permanent. Once processed, your profile, courses, lessons, videos, files, and student lists are removed and cannot be restored.
