You can disconnect Stripe or PayPal at any time from Account → Payments → Disconnect.
Heads up:Disconnecting your last payment provider automatically unpublishes every Paywall course you have published. They can't accept new payments without an active payment connection. If you have both Stripe and PayPal connected, disconnecting one leaves the other in place and your Paywall courses stay published.
What is and isn't affected
- Your Stripe or PayPal account itself is not deleted. It stays with the provider, with all your history.
- Already-enrolled students keep access to courses they bought.
- Public and Private courses stay published — disconnect only affects Paywall courses.
Reconnecting later
You can reconnect the same Stripe or PayPal account anytime. Your Paywall courses won't republish automatically — you'll need to flip the Publish Course toggle for each one.
