Learnfrom respects intellectual property rights and expects the same of everyone using our platform. If you believe content hosted on Learnfrom infringes your copyright or trademark, you can report it using the process below and we will act on valid reports.

How to report

Reports may be submitted by email to hajo@learnfrom.co (or via the form on this page). Please include all information listed in the report template below; incomplete reports may delay processing.

Our process (end to end)

  1. Acknowledgement — We acknowledge receipt within 1–2 business days and assign a reference number.
  2. Completeness check — We verify the report is complete and request any missing details.
  3. Review — We locate the reported content, identify the seller/course, and assess the claim against the evidence provided.
  4. Action — Where a report is valid, we expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing content and notify the seller of the removal and the reason.
  5. Counter-notice — The affected seller may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was mistaken. Where justified, we may restore the content and notify the original reporter.
  6. Repeat infringers — We track notices per seller. Repeat infringers are suspended or permanently removed in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.
  7. Records — All reports, actions, and communications are logged for audit and compliance purposes.

Note on scope

This process is designed to align with notice-and-action requirements under the EU Digital Services Act and, for US-connected content, the DMCA safe-harbor framework.
