File lessons let you give students a downloadable resource — a PDF, audio clip, image, or any other file format.
Upload a file
- Switch the lesson type to
Fileusing the type-switch button. - Drop a file onto the upload area, or click to browse.
- Once uploaded, students see a download button on the lesson.
Replace or delete the file
Use the replace icon to upload a different file, or the trash icon to remove it. Removing the file leaves the lesson in place but empty.
Note:File lessons are best for supplementary materials. If your main content is a recorded class, use a video lessoninstead — videos stream and don't require students to download anything.
