Auto-accept an email domain

Auto-enroll teammates by company email.

Private courses can auto-enroll anyone who signs in with a matching email domain. This is designed for business and team training: anyone with a @yourcompany.com email gets instant access without you inviting them one by one.

When to use it

  • Onboarding courses for new employees at your company.
  • Internal training rolled out to an entire department.
  • Cohorts run for partner organizations that share an email domain.

Set it up

  1. Open the course settings.
  2. Open the Access tab. (Visibility must be set to Private.)
  3. Scroll to Auto-accept domain.
  4. Type the email domain (e.g. yourcompany.com) — no @ or https://.
  5. Save.

From then on, anyone who signs in to learnfrom with a matching email address is automatically enrolled in the course on first visit.

Heads up:Auto-accept is not available on Paywall courses. Paywalled access always requires a successful Stripe payment.

Removing auto-accept

Clear the field and save. Existing auto-enrolled students keep their access — only future visits are blocked.
