Collaborators have edit access scoped to the course you invited them to.
Collaborators can
- Add, edit, reorder, and delete modules and lessons.
- Upload videos and files.
- Build quizzes.
- Manage students (invite, revoke, resend).
- Edit the course title, description, theme, and SEO settings.
- Publish and unpublish the course.
Collaborators cannot
- Delete the course.
- Change pricing or visibility for paywalled courses (only the owner can).
- Access your account-level billing, Stripe connection, or payment methods.
- See your other courses unless they're also invited as a collaborator there.
Note:Collaborators are per-course. Adding someone as a collaborator on one course does not give them access to your other courses.
