Auto-reload

Top up automatically when your balance runs low.

Auto-reload tops up your credits automatically when your balance runs low, so new students never have to wait.

Turn it on

  1. Open Account → Billing and click Set up under Auto-reload.
  2. Choose when to reload (for example, when your balance drops below $50) and the balance to bring it back up to.
  3. Pick the saved payment method to charge, or add one.

What gets charged

Each reload is a separate invoice for the difference between your balance and your target, charged to your saved payment method. You'll find these invoices under Purchases and invoices.

If a payment fails

We email you and try again the next day. After 3 failed payments in a row, auto-reload pauses and we let you know. Update your payment method and save the auto-reload settings to turn it back on. We also email you before the card used for auto-reload expires.

Payment methods

Auto-reload can charge saved cards (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and other payment methods that support automatic payments. Manage them under Payment methods in Billing.
