Short answer
As of October 2026, learnfrom.co and Kajabi both offer an MCP server that lets Claude and ChatGPT manage your courses. Kajabi's MCP is included in every plan and saves assistant changes as drafts that you publish yourself. learnfrom.co's MCP server lets you choose permissions at sign-in, asks for confirmation before a course is deleted or many students are invited, and comes with pay-per-student pricing and no monthly fee. The other platforms we checked offer APIs, webhooks or Zapier connections, or built-in AI tools, but no MCP server.
What an MCP server adds to a course platform
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard that lets an AI assistant call a platform's tools directly. Without it, you copy text between the chat and the platform by hand. An API or Zapier connection can automate some steps, but usually needs a developer or a workflow built in advance. With an MCP server, the assistant chooses the tools it needs as you describe the task.

Kajabi says its MCP is built into every plan and doesn't handle analytics, payments or live email sends. learnfrom.co's MCP server is included with the per-student price, so there's no separate AI plan to buy.
Platforms without an MCP server
We checked the public homepages and developer pages of the platforms below in October 2026. None showed an MCP server. Homepages don't list every feature, so confirm with the vendor before you rely on this.

- You want an assistant to build and edit courses in conversation: learnfrom.co or Kajabi.
- You want the assistant to publish directly: learnfrom.co, with write access granted. Kajabi keeps a draft step before anything goes live.
- You need a full marketing suite the assistant can run: Kajabi covers emails, offers and pages through its MCP.
- You want pay per student with no monthly fee: learnfrom.co.
- You need custom automation: Teachable's APIs, webhooks and Zapier connections, or Mighty's GraphQL API, may suit a developer.
What to check before you connect an AI tool
- Permissions: choose only the access the assistant needs at sign-in. On learnfrom.co the scopes cover reading courses, changing courses, reading students and inviting or removing students.
- Draft or live: find out whether changes go live straight away or wait for your review.
- Plan and setup: Claude needs custom connectors and ChatGPT needs Developer mode. Some business plans need an admin to allow custom connectors.
- Revoking access: check how to disconnect the app or revoke its token, and that access ends straight away.
